God Wants To Set You Free! . . .

God is searching for you!  He is knocking on your door and wants to have a close relationship with you.

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelation 3:20

God wants nothing more than to have a close relationship with you through His Holy Spirit.  You were made in God’s image to be His hands and feet and close friend on earth and God desires to have a continuous kinship with you, not one in which He is separated from you by physical barriers.  The sole pre-condition for this close relationship with God is recognition of your sinful nature and acceptance that God gave up His one and only son, Jesus Christ to die so that you could become His adopted son.   Your sins as a human being now separate you from God.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

However, God has always had another plan, a better plan for you, a plan of redemption through Jesus Christ.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23.

He is called the Savior of the world because those who believe in Him no longer have to worry about eternal separation from God. God effectively replaced the law that says –if you sin, you must die (the law of sin and death) with a superior law – the law of life in Christ Jesus in which your sins are forgiven if you believe in Jesus.

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set youfree from the law of sin and death.  Romans 8: 1,2

I invite you to be set free today! Ask Christ to save you and you will be set free.
